Supply Chain Operations Manager – Dual Site

Role Overview

• Lead a team to deliver and maintain excellent customer service
• Create a climate where people feel valued, safe and supported
• Inspire and engage, acting as a role model for your direct team and MDC team
• Coach and develop your team and foster a high-performance culture
• Manage the relationship with Wholesale customers
• Ensure deliveries are on time and efficient through logistic planning and route optimisation
• Create and maintain an environment that puts health, wellbeing and safety at the forefront
• Support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd

Requirements

• Qualification in Health & Safety e.g., IOSH min requisite
• Proven experience of managing in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Knowledge of in-house systems
• Good working knowledge of Excel and presentation skills
• People Leadership and experience of managing people processes
• Excellent communication skills including influencing and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to drive results through engaging with their people
• Experience of change management (desirable)
