About this role
Role Overview
Analysis of personal and corporate current account openings
Modification and update of individual and corporate customer records
Deactivation of customers who have closed their accounts
Registration of customers in the National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional)
Monitoring and updating the list of PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) customers
Updating the Related Parties database
Updating the UN Security (sanctions) list database
Updating the deceased customers database
Registration and updating of partners / correspondents
Active support in preparing the customer registration area's materials and their updates
Improvements to registration workflows to increase process efficiency and speed
Requirements
Experience with corporate documentation (legal entity documentation)
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a focus on executive presentations
Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and professional demeanor for interaction with leadership
Availability to work on-site/hybrid in Curitiba (4x1)
Experience working in registration/onboarding teams (desirable)
