About this role
Role Overview
Support division wide fiscal operations, accounts receivable management, and process improvement initiatives.
Perform administrative, analytical, and consultative work to strengthen operational efficiency.
Analyze accounts receivables for returned cash items, fines, and costs.
Serve as the primary liaison to the Division of Administration regarding receivables and financial transactions.
Monitor and prepare analyses of internal tracking reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
Recommend enhancements to operating systems, workflows, and internal processes.
Serve as the division’s backup WORKS champion and auditor.
Requirements
One year of experience in administrative, analytical, fiscal, or budget-related work.
Experience with accounts receivable, financial reporting, or budget monitoring.
Knowledge of state financial systems, WORKS, or P-Card administration preferred.
Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and statutes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
Ability to work effectively in situations with evolving priorities or incomplete information.
