Lead NPI program execution from concept through PRQ, partnering with Engineering and Product Management on supplier down-selections, launch strategy, and ramp planning.
Lead the Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) framework, making high-stakes decisions on product changes necessitated by material shortages, quality improvements, or cost-reduction initiatives.
Partner with Executive Leadership (Planning, Sourcing, Retail, Product, and Finance) to ensure global supply matches demand, owning the mitigation strategy for any supply chain disruptions.
Architect the long-term capacity plan, including the strategic deployment of multi-million dollar capital expenditures for equipment, fixtures, and factory expansion across NPI and mass production.
Partner with MPMs on Materials Management strategy, proactively identifying systemic supply chain risks and implementing hedging or dual-sourcing strategies.
Own the operational budget for NPI and Sustaining programs, including accountability for Opex, Capex, and variance reporting.
