Business Technology Partner

Role Overview

• Partner with business stakeholders and customers to understand needs, pain points, and business objectives
• Lead discovery and solution design sessions to identify opportunities for new capabilities and enhancements within custom applications
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements using Agile methodologies
• Define and document acceptance criteria
• Own and manage the product backlog by refining, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories in tools such as Jira
• Collaborate closely with Agile development teams
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies
• Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
• Facilitate cross-functional communication
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence
• Utilize Figma to collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and user experience flows
• Ensure traceability across requirements, development, and testing
• Support testing and validation efforts
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early
• Drive continuous improvement
