Role Overview
- Manage a defined territory across all products offered by Nuveen
- Develop consultative relationships with financial advisors
- Incorporate data analytics into territory to identify best opportunities
- Manage pipeline process to track opportunities through sales stages
- Collaborate and share best practices across regional teams
- Conduct discovery work to review opportunities within our clients' asset allocation
Requirements
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 (or combination of 63 & 65); can be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong combination of sales and analytical skills
- Significant knowledge of the financial markets,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to profile clients
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills; ability to analyze and prioritize large amounts of information
