Improve the way the leadership team operates by strengthening planning routines and meeting effectiveness
Design and mature team operating rhythms
Independently drive alignment across critical partners and manage cross-team dependencies
Serve as a central point of coordination for updates across broader programs
Prepare concise weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates
Own agendas, materials, and follow-ups for key forums
Deliver clear and timely updates across the organization
Develop strong working knowledge of the team’s analytics work

Minimum of five years of related work experience
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
Experience improving team operations
Experience managing complex workstreams
Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
Graduate degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing polished presentations and organizing leadership discussions
Intellectual curiosity and comfort working in an analytics-driven environment
