About this role
Role Overview
Manage commercial activities for assigned commercial accounts
Identify growth opportunities and lead solution development
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
Translate customer needs into actionable commercial strategies
Coordinate internal resources to deliver differentiated offerings
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data
Monitor account performance and drive profitability
Contribute to business reviews and strategic planning
Partner with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams
Share customer insights to inform product and service improvements
Support cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing
Represent sales in internal forums and customer engagements
Contribute to segment-level strategy and capability development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field
10+ years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care market segment
Proven strategic account management experience
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Language capability: Native Portuguese; and professional English
Travel up to 50% in LAM and based in Brazil
