Role Overview
Driving Hiya Connect new business in France
Partnering with marketing and SDRs to generate pipeline
Educating prospects on how Hiya Connect can transform their outbound voice strategy and improve customer engagement
Building long-term relationships that set the foundation for expansion.
Working in a high-growth SaaS environment and closing deals with speed and precision.
Requirements
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for French accounts
Partnering with SDRs, marketing, and partner channels to create and qualify pipeline
Conducting discovery calls, product demos, and solution-focused presentations tailored to customer needs
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including sales leaders, operations, and customer experience decision-makers
Consistently achieving and exceeding quota by driving new ARR growth
Accurately forecasting pipeline and revenue, maintaining disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce)
Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure customer success and smooth handoffs
Staying current on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Hiya effectively.
