About this role
Role Overview
Full sales cycle: initial meeting, needs analysis, demo, workshop, proposal, closing, handover to CSM
Software demos remotely and on-site at the customer's location when required
Communication with C-level decision-makers
Relationship and network management, plus participation in events and trade shows
CRM maintenance in HubSpot and use of AI-enabled sales tools
Requirements
Confident presence at C-level – non-negotiable
Experience in B2B software sales – ERP knowledge (sales experience or user experience) is an advantage
Rapid onboarding into industry-agnostic processes and business models
Consultative mindset: you pursue the right solution, not just a quick deal
Proactive work style: you pick up the phone rather than sending an email
Affinity for AI tools in sales, or a clear willingness to adopt them
Digital native
Native-level German; English skills are a plus
