Design, implement, and improve upsell and cross-sell processes that create a seamless customer experience and support revenue growth
Partner with Growth leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that improve performance and pipeline health
Lead cross-functional programs, defining milestones, ownership, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
Build and manage recurring operating cadences that provide clear visibility into performance, goals, trends, and next steps
Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
Partner with Business Systems and frontline leaders to evaluate, implement, and optimize go-to-market technologies and reporting
Work with Enablement, Finance, Product, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and support growth initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field required
MBA or advanced degree a plus
5+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company required
Deep expertise in the Growth tech stack, particularly Salesforce — configuration, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and process design
Outstanding project management and organizational skills; you bring structure, rigor, and consistency to everything you touch
Strong analytical chops and a habit of letting data drive decisions
Clear, concise, and personable communicator who can build trust, influence stakeholders, and listen as well as you talk
