Responsible for the overall coordination, operational management and Business development of the Avantor Services team.
Lead a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and operational sites.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
Drive operational performance through KPI and SLA management.
Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.
Support tenders, contract renewals and business growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Support the development of new service offerings and solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across customer operations.
Requirements
Experience leading teams within an operational, customer-facing or service delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory Services, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics or other customer-focused operational environments would be advantageous.
