You will actively drive the expansion of our customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and acquire new customers for our DISPONIC software solution.
You independently identify leads, build qualified lead lists and develop sustainable customer relationships — by phone, email and through digital channels.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial qualification to software demos and proposal preparation, through to contract signing and the structured handover to customer success.
You manage and strategically develop our existing customers, identify revenue potential and successfully implement upselling and cross-selling measures.
You present DISPONIC at on-site meetings, presentations and decision-maker sessions with large customers and prospects across the DACH region.
Business Development & Growth (approx. 20%)
You design, organize and host webinars and online presentations.
You actively contribute to the creation and ongoing development of sales and marketing materials.
In close collaboration with customer success and product development, you bring customer feedback and help drive the customer-centric further development of DISPONIC.
You support us at trade shows, events and marketing campaigns, thereby strengthening our market presence.
Requirements
You have a degree in a business or technical discipline or a comparable commercial qualification.
You have several years of experience in selling B2B software solutions.
You have strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex digital products and processes.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of personal responsibility and a strong solution
and results-oriented mindset.
You are willing to travel and appreciate in-person meetings with customers and partners on site.
