Requirements

• Proven experience in UGC and/or VSL video editing with a performance focus.
• Strong interest in motion design.
• Solid understanding of social ads conventions (TikTok / Meta).
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention.
• Ability to turn simple raw footage into highly engaging, conversion-optimized videos.
• Good marketing sensibility (you understand what sells, not just what looks “beautiful”).
• Autonomous, fast execution, and strong attention to detail.
• No spelling mistakes or safe-zone errors.
• Extremely important: meeting deadlines!
