Requirements
Passion for video editing and marketing
Experience editing videos for social ads (optional: a degree or comparable training in media design, marketing, or similar) — skills matter more than your degree
Agency experience in e-commerce
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro
Experience with After Effects is a plus
Strong eye for detail and aesthetics in visuals, sound, and music selection
Ability to combine creative cutting with direct-response marketing
Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
Very good German and good English, both spoken and written.
