Communications Advisor

Role Overview

• Help promote the organization’s projects, policies and programs by designing and developing communications
• Share communications within Desjardins Group and with its members and clients
• Create, manage and update social and digital media communications
• Serve as social media community manager
• Advise clients and partners on small
• to medium-scale print media initiatives
• Develop tools, methods, and processes
• Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities
• Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs related to communications projects
• Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
• Analyze information and client requests, conduct studies and write reports
• Make recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
• Available to travel within Québec City
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Available to work 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
