Role Overview
- Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools
- Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials
- Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage
- Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS
- Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent-spotting, or a recruiting-adjacent role
- Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills and an instinct for building relationships quickly
