Define the right ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) for each market
Set an ambitious annual forecast by market and ensure rigorous reporting
Define and create the appropriate pricing offers for each market
Decide the positioning of each feature across our different plans
Establish our internal discount policy and define Commercial Operations
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to top management
Ensure the technical feasibility of implementing each offer (CRM, PL)
Provide business vision to Product Managers (PMs)
Collaborate closely with Enablement and Marketing teams to define the key messages for each major feature
Requirements
At least 3 successful years in a role such as Market Manager, Growth Manager, Head of Commercial Strategy, or Product Marketing Manager (PMM)
Strong knowledge of the SaaS and AI ecosystems
Interest in financial/management software, e-invoicing and their personas (CFOs, Accountants, Executives)
Impact-driven and pragmatic: able to create a roadmap, remove blockers and manage projects autonomously across multiple stakeholders (PMM, Pricing, Ops, Sales...)
Ability to prioritize based on business potential, build a business plan/forecast with sound assumptions, and strong proficiency with data tools (BI, Excel, AI)
Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and Heads of Sales
