Role Overview
- Assist customers by phone, email, and chat with product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general support — primarily in French (with English when needed)
Requirements
- EU citizenship required
- French C1+
- English B2+
- Basic PC skills
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- No experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
