About this role
Role Overview
Receive, triage and manage incidents via the ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues (workstations, printers, email, IP telephony).
Provide remote support and, when necessary, on-site assistance.
Escalate complex cases to Level 2/Level 3 with relevant technical details.
Maintain and deploy standard IT equipment (configuration, updates, imaging).
Document resolutions and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
IT education or equivalent experience in user support.
Proven experience in Level 1 and 2 support (multi-site experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS; basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
Comfortable with remote support and ticketing tools; scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
