Record in the system, clearly, accurately and in detail, the description of actions performed during service;
Keep TMs informed about the entire lifecycle of their request (from opening to closure);
Field experience, preferably in hospital environments;
Maintenance and support of PC hardware and software: desktops, laptops and servers;
Experience servicing thermal printers and label printers;
Proficiency with Windows 10/11, system imaging/formatting and familiarity with Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of client-server networks, structured cabling for organization, diagnosis and maintenance, and basic understanding of routers and switches for remote hands.
Requirements
Experience providing on-site end-user support (field/service calls);
Knowledge of support procedures aimed at meeting SLAs;
Strong communication skills, professional demeanor and customer service focus;
Ability to resolve or provide direction for medium-complexity issues;
Bachelor’s degree or completed higher education in Computer Science or related IT field;
Availability to work a 12x36 schedule or 8x5 with possible on-call shifts outside regular hours;
Reside near or have easy access to the operations base.
