The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative oversight of the Telehealth Addiction Medicine program, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based care in a virtual environment.
Includes developing workflows, managing patient scheduling, supervising staff, and leading quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Social Work, Community Health, or related field.
Three (3) years of professional public health, health, allied health sciences, drug and alcohol or related experience.
Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or program management role.
High level of technological proficiency, including experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and secure communication tools.
Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Social Work, Community Health or related field.
Experience in new program development and implementation.
Demonstrated experience managing clinical services in a telehealth or virtual environment.
