Prototype and experiment. Explore new formats, motion, and interaction to push how the brand shows up — from static to dynamic experiences.
Own the journey. Take work from early concept through to rollout, ensuring ideas translate seamlessly into execution.
Champion craft and culture. Contribute to critiques, inspire peers, and help raise the bar for creative thinking across the team.
Requirements
6–9 years’ experience in visual design, brand, or creative communications — ideally in an agency or high-growth tech environment.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking as much as visual execution — showing how ideas come to life across different formats.
Ability to think in systems, campaigns, and narratives — not just one-off assets.
Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, and hierarchy — with the judgment to know when to push them.
Comfortable working across formats: from presentations and landing pages to campaigns, social, and motion.
A collaborative mindset — you enjoy shaping ideas with others, not just delivering them.
Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion or interactive experience is a plus.
