Support the creative team in bringing ideas to life across a range of channels and formats.
Design and adapt visual assets for campaigns, including social posts, simple digital ads, presentation decks, reports and basic web or email visuals.
Translate creative briefs and direction into clear, on-brand layout options, exploring variations where needed.
Support motion design for social assets (e.g. animations, reels, story formats) under guidance from Senior Creatives.
Prepare and tidy design files for internal reviews and client presentations, ensuring assets are well-organised and ready to share.
Resize, reformat and localise existing assets for different markets and platforms.
Work with account and PR teams to visualise stories through simple infographics, micrographics, data visualisations and content layouts.
Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all outputs, paying attention to design systems, colour systems, typography, hierarchy, spacing and imagery across offline and digital executions, making sure every pixel is perfect.
Respond to feedback and amends with a positive mindset, iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
Contribute your own design ideas and recommendations, building confidence in proposing visual directions that support the wider concept and campaign.
Requirements
A digital portfolio that shows strong fundamentals in layout, typography and visual storytelling and brand systems across static, motion and digital work.
Solid hands-on experience as a designer, with the ability to work independently and own projects from brief to final delivery.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Ability to execute light to medium motion design for social and digital assets from storyboarding and animating simple sequences to editing cutdowns and reels using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
Familiarity with social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X and Threads, and understand how design needs to adapt across formats, placements and specifications.
Experience in UI design and can create clear, on-brand interfaces and layouts for websites, landing pages or simple product experiences from wireframes through to high-fidelity screens.
Strong video and film editing capabilities and can handle edits, cutdowns, transitions, pacing, audio sync and simple text or graphic overlays as a core part of your craft.
Strong attention to detail and care deeply about craft from design systems and colour usage to typography, hierarchy, spacing and pixel-level polish across offline and digital executions.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction while still bringing fresh, thoughtful ideas that push the work forward.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects or workstreams at once and communicating clearly about progress and dependencies.
Openness to feedback and a willingness to iterate. You see critique as part of the creative process to sharpen the work.
Experience using AI tools for static and moving imagery like Midjourney, Gemini, or similar, and know how to integrate AI outputs thoughtfully into a professional design workflow.
