As a FJ Content & Creative Lead, shape and execute the Communication, Content & Marketing strategy for the Financing Journey Tribe & Service Center (FJTSC)
Turn complex priorities into engaging branding, videos, animations and presentations that align colleagues across countries
Own the creative cadence across the Financing Journey, collaborating with leaders and teams in multiple countries
Strengthen storytelling capabilities so messages land with clarity and impact
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in a similar content/creative role
Strong skills in creating graphics, animations and visual content
Experience developing brand kits and branding materials
Strong prioritization and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to advise senior management on communication and content
Proficient in: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage
