Conceptualize, create, and optimize AI-assisted content for LinkedIn, the website, ads, and campaigns
Develop high-performing prompts and content workflows (text, image, and potentially video)
Independently produce LinkedIn ad creatives (hook, copy, visual logic)
Build and improve scalable content and performance processes using AI
Create SEO-optimized landing pages and use cases
Analyze and interpret content based on performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement)
Identify and test new AI tools and marketing automations
Work closely with Marketing and the management team on campaign ideas

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, AI, Media, or a related field
Proven hands-on experience in content marketing (e.g., personal projects, working-student role, freelancing)
Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway AI, or comparable tools
Ability to distinguish high-quality from average content (particularly in a B2B/LinkedIn context)
Creative instinct for hooks, storytelling, and visual communication
Basic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs (CTR, conversion, etc.)
Structured, independent working style with a high standard for quality
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
