Requirements
HBO or WO degree (completed or final year) in Information Technology, Business IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes the way we work;
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities;
Structured and accurate way of working;
Clear communicator in both Dutch and English;
Fast learner with a collaborative, can-do mindset.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships count).
Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or cloud/AI platforms is a significant advantage.
Exposure to manufacturing or GxP-regulated environments is a plus — but enthusiasm to learn counts for just as much.
