Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.
Requirements
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor Degree
Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
The ability to independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines
