Support the development and refinement of analytics products by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and tracking feature requests
Analyze client and internal user feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities and usability improvements
Assist senior team members in translating business and client needs into analytical use cases, dashboards, or prototype solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product build and iteration cycles
Engage with clients to validate analytics, gather feedback, and support coaching on interpretation and use of Command Center Tiles

Master's Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Math or Statistics, or related discipline OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with analytic techniques: regression analysis, simulation modeling, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing using R, SAS, or similar software
Experience programming in Java, C#, or similar production-level language applied to data management, algorithms, and automation
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Data management in SQL or Oracle, understanding of Data Mining principles and strategies
Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Tableau, Qlik, or similar
