Own end-to-end recruitment operations (requisition to offer / pre-boarding handoff) across supported entities.
Act as operational SME for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM).
Leverage Phenom to support candidate experience, talent attraction, and CRM workflows.
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support transitions, scope expansions, and new customer/country onboarding.
Serve as key interface for TA leaders, HR, and business stakeholders; manage escalations and service improvements.
Manage and develop recruitment operations teams, including capacity planning, productivity, and capability building.
Responsible for hiring, development, engagement and performance of team members.
