Targeted Outreach & Relationship Building: Proactively call on and develop relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), top-tier roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants in the assigned territory.
Business Growth: Drive overall Westlake business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, increasing product specification and adoption, and expanding wallet share with existing accounts.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account planning.
Product Promotion & Education: Effectively present and demonstrate Westlake’s roofing systems, materials, and value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including HOAs, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Market Intelligence: Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the roofing and HOA sectors. Provide timely feedback to the regional and national teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Territory Managers, internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless support for customers and successful project execution.
Requirements
Minimum of five to seven years work experience in a related role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented
An enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups
Working knowledge of MS office suite including teams and outlook 365
