Manage strategic client relationships for cross-functional healthcare IT projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with domain expertise
Coordinate the deployments of EHRs, HIEs, interoperability solutions, and digital health platforms
Ensure alignment with HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
Drive timely delivery of secure, scalable, and patient-centered technology solutions
Grow strong client and partner relationships through regular communication
Manage clients' expectations, schedules, scope, and deliverables
Work to define, scope and document statements of work that accurately plan project work effort

5+ years of experience in healthcare working at a team lead, project and/or account manager level, preferably in a consulting environment
Demonstrated track record in managing large teams and strategic client relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak to all levels within an organization, including C Suite
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Preference will be given to candidates who have any of the following:
Subject-matter expertise in clinical data integration, healthcare interoperability and health system workflows
Direct experience with InterSystems technology
Existing relationships and contacts within the healthcare industry
