Role Overview
Manage and develop savings banks (Sparkassen) with untapped market potential
Support Sparkassen partners in increasing their financing volumes
Drive digital transformation
Responsible for upselling and advisory initiatives
Monitor market and competitive developments
Requirements
Completed training in the banking or financial services sector, or a degree focused on finance
Initial or several years of sales experience, ideally with savings banks (Sparkassen) or in the financial sector
Good understanding of the German mortgage market or willingness to build this expertise
Strong communication skills and dependability
Proof of expertise according to §34i GewO
German language skills at native level or at least C1
Willingness to travel: approximately once a month nationwide
