This position is responsible for on-site or territorial support of an assigned account.
Responsible for retaining membership, providing services, and growing the account.
Responsible for fulfilling ongoing service strategy and ensuring client satisfaction including issue resolution.
Responsible for planning and implementing health care related activities for client including training and enrollment sessions.
Report on activities by maintaining database and may develop and analyze reports.
This roles requires 50% of travel within assigned territory.
Requirements
Bachelor degree and 2 years in marketing, sales, or healthcare product experience handling independent work OR 6 years of experience in Healthcare operations handling independent work.
Possess current state general agent insurance license or obtain state general agent insurance license within 90 days of starting in the role.
Organization/project implementation skills.
Verbal and written communications skills to work with customer representatives, customers, brokers and across internal departments.
Knowledge of health insurance products and the industry.
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical skills including developing and analyzing reports.
Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays as needed.
