Load documents to the LMS and send updated PPTs and PDFs to Classroom Operations
Manage projects and timelines in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
Additional responsibilities/special projects as assigned. Examples include helping resolve process issues, identifying processes to keep projects moving efficiently; and processing content maintenance/errata.
Provide documentation of changes to process and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree equivalent in Business, Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in technical or operations role
Ability to learn new software and systems
Ability and drive to solve problems quickly and mitigate customer-facing implications
Ability and willingness to learn all aspects of the business as needed
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
English literacy skills (including proper grammar)
Prior experience using Kaplan’s content management systems and other Kaplan proprietary systems (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google G-Suite, JIRA, SmartSheets, and Oxygen (optional)
