About this role
Role Overview
Engage existing Compass customers through outbound campaigns, identifying needs and articulating the value of our products.
Actively monitor and achieve individual conversion performance against targets.
Practice active listening to understand customers' goals and challenges, and deliver high-quality advice and solutions.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all Compass modules and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Keep up to date on outbound campaign development processes and proactively sharpen your sales techniques.
Contribute to team success by sharing common customer queries, challenges and key insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build synergies across sales teams and drive customer outcomes.
Capture activity status accurately and own the end-to-end customer experience.
Proactively capture and share feedback to enable continuous improvement across campaigns.
Requirements
1+ years' experience in a sales or outbound contact centre environment.
A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Resilience and a positive mindset when navigating objections and maintaining momentum.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work until 8pm on occasions to support campaign activity.
Highly regarded: Experience using a CRM or sales tool (HubSpot preferred, but not essential).
A tertiary qualification in business, communications or a related field.
Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS or a high-growth scale-up environment.
