Develop expertise in company services, solutions, and value proposition; understand target markets and customer pain points; master objection handling and value positioning.
Maintain high daily activity levels through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, CRM follow-ups, and multi-channel campaigns; consistently meet activity targets.
Identify and qualify prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); gather accurate information on company size, decision-makers, business needs, budget, and timeline; ensure meetings meet quality standards.
Document all prospect interactions; maintain detailed notes and follow-up tasks; ensure pipeline visibility; collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership for smooth handoffs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, call center sales, appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar.
Must be 21 years or older.
Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound prospecting.
