About this role
Role Overview
Lead the shift from an application‑centric model to a Product & Service Operating Model.
Establish portfolio governance, service ownership, value stream alignment, and scaled agile practices.
Standardize roadmaps, service definitions, and how delivery is communicated to business partners.
Coach Service Owners in Scaled Agile and modern delivery best practices.
Coach Service Owner in maturing service/product portfolio management.
Work within DT PMO to define and implement LACE (Lean‑Agile Center of Excellence).
Develop and manage funding models aligned to product/service‑based delivery.
Manage operational governance of the Service Catalog (additions, changes, retirements).
Socialize transformation goals across business stakeholders and support organizational adoption.
Act as a transformation leader with experience driving Agile and portfolio maturity improvements.
Ability to work with Service Owners through the transition, identify skills needed with the team and pull together solutions to fill gaps.
Potentially up to 25% travel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of applicable work experience.
U.S. Citizenship is required (required due to Government contractual requirements).
Experience in Planview/Jira/ServiceNow.
Prior Experience in Scaled Agile transformation.
Operation depth in SAFe
Scaled Agile Certified, run PI planning, understand LACE (RTE, PO).
ITIL certified.
Scaled Agile certification.
OCM leadership experience.
Service/Product Portfolio Management experience.
Large Operating Model Transformation experience.
Experience in setting up foundational Portfolio structure.
Understanding of an Operating Model with multiple components and goals of Operating model verses and Operating System.
Ability to influence leaders and people who do not report directly to them.
