Create and update e-learning content, graphics, presentations, process documentation, and performance support materials using approved development tools, templates, and creativity within brand guidelines.
Build deliverables that are both training solutions and practical reference tools for real-world use.
Translate complex technical, operational, and business processes into practical learning solutions, job aids, performance support tools, and reference materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning objectives, gather content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions to contribute to defining project needs and solutions.
Balance quality, scope, and timeline expectations while escalating risks or concerns appropriately to project leads.
Create and facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions both virtually and in person for client and internal audiences.
Support additional clients and organizational needs as business priorities dictate.
Support internal development initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Use available tools, including AI-supported workflows, to improve efficiency and support content development.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client initiatives, building trusted relationships and providing consultative guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment where priorities, requirements, and stakeholder feedback may evolve throughout the project lifecycle.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, feedback, and client constraints throughout the development process.
Present work, drafts, or deliverables to stakeholders with guidance from project leads as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience developing training, instructional content, or performance support materials.
Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning consulting, training development, enablement, communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, or discovery sessions.
Advanced proficiency with instructional development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
Strong consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to influence decisions and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience translating complex technical, operational, or business concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable learning solutions.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced consulting environments with evolving priorities, changing requirements, and limited SME availability.
Portfolio demonstrating instructional design, facilitation, performance support, presentation design, consulting, or related content development work.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% within Texas to support client meetings, workshops, training delivery, and project activities.
