Intellectual Property Counsel – F/M

Role Overview

• Independent management of intellectual property rights procedures and coordination with law firms in English
• Advising clients and providing regular reports in English
• Ensuring the preparation of legal opinions, documents, and reports
• Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely execution of tasks.

Requirements

• Univ. B.Sc. Lawyer or 2nd Bologna degree in Law
• Excellent knowledge of the English language – spoken and written
• Knowledge of German and/or other foreign languages is an advantage
• Willingness to work in the field of intellectual property
• Interest in working with data and documents
• Accuracy and good organization skills
• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
• The desire to perfect and introduce improvements
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Proactivity and openness to new technologies.
