Lead the development of an enterprise initiative portfolio management approach
Manage the lifecycle of key initiatives that drive realization of the enterprise strategy
Lead or advise on initiative design, teaming, and implementation
Develop overall initiative portfolio performance framework
Collaborate across the Enterprise Strategy Team to connect portfolio performance

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
10+ years of experience in nonprofit management, strategy, and/or project management
Strong knowledge of American Cancer Society programs, strategies and organizational infrastructure
3+ years of experience in organizational performance, performance scorecards, balanced scorecard, KPI/OKR development, and metrics reporting
3+ years of direct experience leading end-to-end complex enterprise-wide initiatives
Technical skill with data reporting and visualization tools highly desirable (e.g. PowerBI, Salesforce reporting)
3+ years of experience designing and facilitating meetings of 3-200+ attendees
Proven leadership experience such as building coalitions and leading through influence
