Associate Director, Project Management

Role Overview

• Oversee 1-2 brands, leading PM teams and managing complex projects
• Own brand-level planning including timelines and multi-channel workstreams
• Serve as a trusted client partner for scopes, budgets, and operational planning
• Lead annual scopes and change orders and manage brand financials
• Mentor and develop PM talent and lead department learning initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management
• 1–2 years in healthcare/pharma advertising
• Strong budgeting and portfolio management skills
• Experience with websites, email programs, social media, digital initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
• Comfort with operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Workfront/Ziflow
• Bachelor's degree required
