Lead strategic transformation projects for the Group: oversee a region or country, lead a team of enablers, present and onboard stakeholders to the change, prepare arbitration materials for Head Office, and report to key stakeholders.
Conduct organizational and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
Lead project management and coordinate stakeholders to structure improvement opportunities in line with business expectations and Finance strategic objectives.
Assess the financial, operational, and organizational impacts of transformation scenarios and prepare decision-making materials for arbitration.
Drive and support change management initiatives to ensure adoption and sustainability.
Build, structure, and maintain multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with the Finance strategy within your scope.
Requirements
Approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally in Finance Transformation, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management within a large, international organization.
Strong experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Solid understanding of Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay; FP&A is a plus).
Proven ability to work autonomously while aligning with and influencing senior and international stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and rigorous approach.
Proactive, adaptable, and delivery-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is a strong asset.
