Support the evaluation and execution of control and control-oriented private equity investments in India across sectors and transaction sizes
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments in India
Support evaluation of investment opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, industry analysis, and commercial assessment
Assist in preparing Investment Committee materials and participate in internal investment discussions
Support transaction execution and diligence workstreams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, and other due diligence
Participate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and other external stakeholders, including company visits where relevant
Monitor portfolio companies and support ongoing investment tracking, market research, and portfolio reporting
Requirements
18 months to 3 years of experience in an analytical, execution-oriented role within private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance or management consulting.
Strong financial modeling and valuation capability
Ability to conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience working on transactions, diligence assignments, strategic assessments, or corporate finance projects
Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a high-intensity environment
Fluency in written and spoken English
