Support a variety of investigative case types, primarily conducting civil and criminal background checks on individuals or companies being investigated.
Involve desktop-based investigations, utilizing research tools, databases, and court websites.
Interact with court staff to obtain documents.

2-5 years of relevant work conducting civil/criminal background checks
Industry experience in law enforcement, law firms, court systems, or working as a skip tracer
A college degree in a relevant field (i.e., Criminal Justice, Psychology, Communications, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Strong time management and organization skills
Strong interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills required; daily interaction with others is a core function of the role.
Strong attention to detail & “dog with a bone” mentality
