Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement.
Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results.
Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences.
Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
