You will work in a dynamic environment with multiple Agile teams located in both Stockholm and Vilnius, collaborating closely with internal Business and IT teams to explore new areas and grow your skills.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the reliability, uptime, and performance of the real-time processing platform;
Continuously improving the entire service lifecycle from patching to deploying custom solutions;
Creating automation for existing systems and implementing robust monitoring solutions;
Participating in passive on-call duty as part of a team rotation.
Contribute to meaningful projects, work on tech tracks, gain communication and leadership skills, and participate in a hackathon and a business challenge.
Requirements
Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree or a two-year vocational education in IT or tech
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
Great communication skills and to be able to work in English
Linux background and network understanding
Strong troubleshooting and incident handling skills
Experience with Python, Ansible or other Object-oriented programming languages would be an advantage
Previous experience (part-time work, own projects etc.) and involvement during your studies are advantageous but what matters most is your potential and passion.
