Senior Analyst, Tech Infrastructure

Role Overview

• Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans
• Write clear, engaging content for a variety of audiences
• Partner with senior leaders to translate complex information into messages
• Help build and manage our internal influencer network
• Measure adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives
• Track engagement and participation to strengthen network reach

Requirements

• Support OCM workstreams across a portfolio of projects
• Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar)
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments
• Develop change management deliverables including roadmaps and training summaries
• Manage project plans, editorial calendars, and reporting dashboards
• Facilitate two-way feedback loops between influencer communities and the communications team
