Leads cross-functional root-cause analysis to solve complex business problems, proactively prevents scope creep, and takes ultimate ownership of aligning deliverables with broader corporate objectives
Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership to shape long-term business strategy, actively navigates and resolves cross-organizational conflicts, and empowers teams in stakeholder engagement
Drives project value by leading advanced value analysis and risk assessments on strategic solutions, taking a holistic (micro and macro) approach to shape long-term product and program roadmaps
Manages the end-to-end requirement lifecycle—from initial elicitation and analysis to leading the implementation of continuous enhancements for the SPA engine, partnering closely with backend technical teams to optimize system integration, data delivery, and the underlying AI models
Lead the onboarding of global affiliates to the SPA solution on the IT side, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with corporate standards
Owns and executes monthly SPA value measurement reporting, analyzing complex datasets to quantify business impact and alignment with strategic goals, while providing robust technical operations and proactive incident resolution to guarantee data pipeline stability and performance
Requirements
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
5+ years of proven experience in Data Analytics, BI, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering, with a track record of autonomously managing large-scale, complex initiatives in highly ambiguous environments
Core Data Foundations: Deep expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling and data architecture, backed by hands-on experience with SQL
Integration & Visualization: Solid understanding of system integrations via APIs and web technologies. Hands-on experience in data visualization / reporting tools like Tableau
Task Automation & Programming Knowledge: Hands-on experience with task automation and workflow orchestration (e.g., SQL Server Administration/Jobs/schedulers, GitLab/GitHub pipelines). Familiarity with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, data manipulation libraries (pandas/polars)
(Preferred) Prior experience working directly within commercial, pricing, or sales-adjacent domains, combined with mastery in requirements management and deep domain knowledge
Exposure to or experience working with advanced pricing optimization software and machine learning models such as Neural Networks. (Preferred)
Applies holistic systems thinking and advanced Business Analysis consultancy concepts to conduct deep root-cause analyses, perform risk assessments, and tailor complex methodologies to fit unique problem spaces
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proactive mindset, dedicated to driving cross-functional collaboration, contributing to organizational development, and mentoring junior BA practitioners within the Community of Practice
