Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Business/IS/CS/Engineering or related)
- 2+ years relevant experience supporting enterprise architecture (EA) or configuration management documentation, including updating system artifacts, technical diagrams, and maintaining architecture repositories in federal IT environments
- Strong in system documentation and data validation across stakeholders, with familiarity in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar.
